A big well done to all the swimmers who entered the first weekend at the Manchester Aquatics center, with Ben Taylor, Tasha Cresswell, Joshua Starr, Megan Dawson, Melissa Morgan, Matthew Wilson, Ben Tavlin, Philip Mansfield, Coming away with PB’s and valuable experience of participating at an open Meet.
Congratulation to Tasha Cresswell on winning Gold in 50m Fly & a bronze medal in the 100m Individual Medley.
Core Training
Core training is available for all Swimmers on Tuesdays 4pm - 4.45pm & Sat 8.45am - 9.30am.
The sessions are not a course and can be done as available.
Children can be left, stopped with or adult fitness classes are available at the same time, Cost £1.50
