This is a great video and article about water polo at Warrington. Please share with your friends, and get them to come along and have a go.
WATCHING from poolside, it strikes you how fast, furious, skilful and thrilling water polo can be.
That was the overriding verdict gained from observing a two-hour junior training night at Warrington Swimming and Water Polo Club.
Youngsters spent time honing their skills before splitting into teams for match play, completing each element of the session with equal enthusiasm
Our team came third in the Merseyside and District. Well done to all those that took part

As there is a tournament on Sunday 10th March and a swim gala for the club, there are insufficient numbers available to attend on Saturday to justify training in the small pool while a gala takes place in the main pool. The training has therefore been cancelled
Well done to the team that competed at the gala last weekend. There were many good performances, with swimmers from the club winning eight of their races. We came third overall and could have had more points if we could field a full team. We do need more swimmers , particularly in the boys team and the 9u age group in particular as we lost points due to no swimmer. If you know any boys who might want to join the club or compete then please speak to the one of the coaches on poolside,.
Good luck to the team in the Merseyside and District Gala that is coming up this weekend on Sunday 10th March at Europa pools..
