Led by international swimming coach Paul Remmonds, learn how to make real improvements in your stroke efficiency in a focussed environment. Essential race skills of starting and turning will also be developed with progressive drills and race simulation.

RLSS Pool Lifeguard Course Lymm over Easter Holiday 6th-14th April

Lymm Leisure Centre will be running a lifeguard course on 06/04/19 till the 14/04/19

Closing date Monday 04/03/19

Start time 10:00 finish time17:00

Course Cost £200.00

Location will be Lymm Leisure Centre

Applicants must be 16 on the start date of the course

When completed this qualification could be used to apply for a position at a leisure centre, or lifeguard any one of our club sessions. If interested contact the leisure centre direct or Neil Musgrove for further details

National Rescue Award for Teachers and Coaches 23rd/24th March

A number of swimmers and parents have recently successfully completed the course , which will help with lifeguarding club sessions.

This qualification, is an essential prerequisite to run any of our club sessions, and so we are always looking for any volunteers over 16yrs old who may wish to help.

Livewire are planning a further course, and hope that those that could not make the recent course, and would be happy to help or need more details should contact Maureen Appleby or Neil Musgrove. The course is planned to run on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th March.

50m Training at Liverpool Cancellations

Unfortunately , the club has been unsuccessful in getting a slot for the training over the next six months, so please note the previously advised dates have been marked as cancelled on the calendar

Cheshire Tournament Water Polo Senior and 14&u Results

Session Cancellation Sunday 3rd February

All Sessions on Sunday 3rd February will have to be cancelled due to the number of Coaches 

attending the  Teacher Rescue Test  (Life Guarding Course)  as they need to be updated every 

two years.

Please accept our apologies for cancelling the session but it is important that they are taken and updated regularly

City of Manchester Water Polo Festival

Well done to our 12&U and 14&u teams who participated in yesterdays Winter Water Polo Festival at Manchester Aquatics Centre.

Our 14&U Team won 2 out of 6 matches, facing some tough competition in the early rounds but having better success in the play-offs to finish 17th overall

Our 12&U team won 3 out of 6 matches losing out only City of Sheffield and the 12&U competition winners Radcliffe to finish 6th in their competition.
