Great results at the weekend for 14u and 12u water polo teams
On Saturday the 14u team won all their games to get through to final, and were winning 2-1 at half time , but were eventually beaten 5-3 in a close match to come second overall. A great result
The 12u team played in the Man Up tournament in the open air pool at Nantwich. They narrowly lost their first game against Chester, and then won all their remaining league games. In the semi final they lost to the eventual winners Northampton, and then went onto the bronze medal match, which they also lost by a small margin, so finished 4th overall. Well done to both teams.
Sessions Cancelled Sunday 12th June
I am afraid that due to a lack of coaches we are unable to safely run the sessions on Sunday morning in both the small pool and main pool. We have thereforte cancelled both sessions

Easter Holidays No sessions
There are no swimming or water polo sessions over the Easter weekend (Friday-Tuesday). Sessions will resume as normal at Orford on Wednesday 20th April.
Swim North West 12u Water Polo Festival Results
Well done to all the players who came fourth at the recent festival.. Everyone played well, and it was great experience for the new season. We were only beaten by teams with much bigger squads,
Swimming Session Cancelled Wednesday 23rd March Orford
Due to Coaches being unavailable due to Covid the swim session tonight has been cancelled. Water Polo will continue as normal in the small pool 7:00-8:00pm, and in the large pool from 8:00pm- 9:30/10:00pm
Session Cancelled Sunday 20th February 2022
I am afraid there are insufficient coaches to run the session on Sunday 20th February, so the sessions in the main pool and small pool have been cancelled.

Youth Advisory Panel Volunteer 15-20 yrs old- are you interested?
Dear Club Chairs/Secretaries and Head Coaches
Firstly may we take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year.
As you may already be aware, just before Christmas, Swim England North West were promoting, and are currently advertising for young people aged 15-20 years, to apply for a place on our newly launched SENW Youth Advisory Panel.
Applications are being sought from North West Region club members aged between 15 and 20 years who would like to be part of a small team of like-minded individuals who will become a youth voice for the Region. Applicants should be actively involved in a club either as a competitor (any discipline), or as a club volunteer/official or teacher/coach.
The SENW Youth Advisory Panel will be overseen by SENW staff and a SENW Management Board Representative and will be responsible for delivering projects that promote and prioritise youth engagement within aquatics.
We would be extremely grateful if you could please promote this fantastic opportunity within your club and encourage anyone who you think may be interested to please apply.
