The club is pleased to announce that it gained swim2l accredited status on 19th March 2014 The accreditation is for a period of 4 years, subject to annual re-assessment. The accreditation continues on from the previous swim2l four year accreditation periods achieved in 2006 and 2010.
This accreditation is under the new swim21 scheme introduced in 2013 which supersedes that under which the previous re-assessment was made.
The accreditation is at Swim21 Club Essential Level. The previous assessment at two levels for Swimming Teaching and Skill Development and for Water Polo Teaching and Skills Development has now been superseded. The ASA are intending to introduce two further stages of accreditation but no details have been publishes to date.
As part of the accreditation process the club is required to update the club codes of conduct which are now being issued as part of the annual membership round. Can all members please ensure the forms are signed and returned? Copies of the codes of conduct are also be displayed on this website to enable all members to have easy access for reference.
