Endless Pool Technique Training
Our club works in partnership with Tri-Central to ustilise their endless pool on an annual basis.
The endless pool has a 4 camera video system provide simultaneous images from above and below the water that can be reviewed real time or stored for later analysis.
It is great help at improving swim technique for every individual. Dates are arranged around gala's and other training.
